You can set up a free chart with about 10 pages of analysis
at "Cafe Astrology". It is quite good. Be sure to enter your
correct birth time and location. If you don't have that info,
it will still make a chart but it will be more general in nature
because for your rising sign a birth time is required.
The rising sign changes every two hours.
References :
have fun with it.

What curriculum teaches students to estimate construction projects and what schools teach it?
I know the owner of an electrical contracting company that is located in south central Pennsylvania. The company is looking to hire a construction estimator. In the past, they've promoted people from the field into this position but they're not getting the level of expertise that they desire. I suggested that they may want to hire someone with technical school training or an associates or bachelors degree.

The position requires someone with good communication skills. Writing and communicating with general contractors (GCs) is required. It also requires a person with good analytical skills. The estimator is reponsible for bidding projects. If the company is awarded the project, the estimator needs to track estmated vs actual costs to determine profitability. If the company is not awarded the project, the estimator needs to determine if adjustments need to be made in future estimates.

Currently their estimators bid jobs but if they don't get the job, there is no post-bid analysis. It's a guessing game. To improve the number of successful bids, the company needs estimators that know how to analyze competitors bids and refine the company's bidding and estimating practices.

What schools might offer such a program? What course of study would prepare a person for such a position?
I reviewed the Pittsburg State website and it does appear that they specialize in construction. I'm curios about their estimating curriculum. I emailed them but did not receive an answer.

Are there other higher education institutions that teach similar programs?

Comment on Neptune Sextile Pluto by Ta-da!

For one thing it means you were born in the 20th or 21st century. Because since they move so incredibly slowly and Pluto with varied distance from the Sun the aspect won't be completed until 2025 and then due to retrograde motions will happen several more times and stay in orb until maybe 2040 or even later depending on whose orbs you use.

Describing aspects is one of the hardest parts of astrology because there are so many of them and so many slight variations of the same or similar aspects that you have to look out for that can change the aspect. When 2 planets form a sextile they sort of support each other somewhat while maintaining their identity, unlike in a conjunction where their energies are forced on each other for better or worse or a trine where they take on a similar goal almost as though they were teammates on a mission. Neptune and Pluto are kind of similar, they're both interested in things that can't be seen, but can be total opposites. Neptune is about the light side, the beautiful, divine and spiritual (and can have some deception involved with it), Pluto, the dark, understanding psychological urges and matter and both can be very black or white, all or nothing in their effect, so we can see a lot of this aspect in how people are torn between science and secularism and religion:

Neptune Sextile Pluto
You were brought up during a period of constructive change, and you have thus learned that for improvement to occur neither direct self-assertion according to the will of your raw unconscious urges, nor faith in human nature derived from your childhood understandings from how you were taught you ought to feel are enough by themselves, yet a suitable combination of assertion and compassion may work. You may not be conscious of this talent you have, for it is shared by many people of your time, but this does not reduce its importance. Being just one of many does not absolve you from the obligation to be alert for the opportunity to assist in constructive change, and you need to cooperate with others to make the most of this highly important aspect.

Neptune trine or sextile Pluto
You are a natural born midwife of the spirit, having the need and natural ability to transform and transmute the deepest reaches of your being. You have great compassion, understanding and imagination, as well as a profound acceptance of and reverence for the cycles of life, death, rebirth and transformation. This suits you to be the gentle surgeon, who can support and nurture while also testing and tempering. It is your role to penetrate through illusion and uncover the bare, unvarnished truth. Any work in the area of depth psychology would be ideal for you.
References :
http://www.fortunecity.com/roswell/jekyll/75/outerplanetaspects.html

1. WelI I actually take surveys for cash. And yes they do pay as long as you know the good ones. I have some free survey sites that are very reliable just check out my profile by clicking my name or email me for them. I only give sites that I've been paid by so you won't get scammed. They're all reliable and I've never had a problem with them. (I've been doing them for a year now) The best part is that anyone can do them and they're easy. You won't get rich but they definitely help with bills :)

2. Btw a lot of the ones above are spammers and I wouldn't trust them
